With over 10 years of industry experience, we have recently relocated from Orange County, California, to Carson City, Nevada, and we're looking for a talented Manufacturing Technician to join our dedicated team.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, manufacturing batches of harnesses and other goods using various equipment such as soldering irons, pneumatic crimping machines, automatic cut and strip machines, and more.
You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of our products, maintaining high standards of quality and artisanship.
Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, including soldering, crimping, cutting, and stripping wires, and assembling components.
Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment, such as soldering irons, pneumatic crimping machines, and automatic cut and strip machines.
Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Inspect and test finished products to verify functionality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues or process improvements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work, preferably in a technical or electronic production environment.
Proficiency in using soldering irons, pneumatic crimping machines, automatic cut and strip machines, and other relevant equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Knowledge of quality control principles and the ability to perform inspections and tests.
