With over 10 years of industry experience, we have recently relocated from Orange County, California, to Carson City, Nevada, and we're expanding our team.
We are currently seeking a skilled Support Representative to join our dynamic and customer-centric company.
As a Support Representative, you will be the front line in coordinating support inquiries and assisting with the fulfillment of daily orders.
You will work closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met and provide timely and effective solutions to any questions or issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support forum, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
Coordinate the fulfillment of daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, packaging, and shipping.
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and general inquiries about our products and services.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Escalate complex issues or technical challenges to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, development, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a technical or technology-related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Basic knowledge of the power-sports industry or a strong willingness to learn.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
