Assisting in various daily operations which may include:
Providing customer service, by answering questions and requests either by email or telephone, carry out administrative duties such as filing, manage computer documents and files, copying, scanning, maintain contact lists, handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, prepare and monitor invoices (with follow-up if needed) and storage contracts, and maintain employee records, maintain supplies inventory as directed, order office supplies as directed, and paying invoices.
Computer skills, and ability to handle multiple projects a must.
Familiarity with Quick Books, Google docs and sheets, as well as Click-up helpful.
