The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing billing inquiries and processes.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze the billing and setup paperwork for patient services Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing issues promptly and courteously Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer billing records Coordinating with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing Communicating with customers regarding payment options and overdue accounts Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer information Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow Accurately inputting data Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a billing-related role Preferred work experience in the DME industry and the ability to use Brightree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures Job Type:
