Roper's Heating & Air Conditioning is now looking for a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Carson City.

Primary Functions:
Diagnosis and repair of residential and light-commercial HVAC equipment.
Presentation of options for repair or replacement.
Confirmation that repairs were successful.
Proper usage of technology to record work performed.
Informing and educating customers on the range of products and services that can improve the comfort, health, and safety of their homes and equipment.
Ensuring that customers understand the work performed and are happy with the service received.
Occasionally assist the install department on changeouts or additions.
Required
Qualifications:
Pass a drug and background screen.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
EPA certified.
Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies.
Nate Certification preferred.
