WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, this position supports the office and plant.
This position is also responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.
Records all incoming raw materials by tag number, type and weight and calculates to tons, pounds and yards.
Matches invoices to appropriate delivery tags and verifies that the weight on delivery tags matches the weight on the invoices.
Records in raw material logs all invoices for freight and material.
Checks all pricing for accuracy and codes to proper general ledger accounts.
Obtains appropriate approvals on all invoices and batches for accounts payable.
Scans all invoices, coding sheets and backup paperwork.
Processes all A/P invoices through SAP via scanning.
Files all invoices and purchase orders in appropriate files.
Matches packing slips received to appropriate purchase orders and re-files, matches incoming invoices to packaging slips and codes to proper general ledger accounts Sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Assists in any research or special projects as needed.
Participates in Adopt-A-Family activities - may include fundraising, delivering items, etc.
Maintains work area clean and clutter free per company standards.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.
