This position is evenly divided between phone-based interactions and assisting with document production.
It requires collaborating directly with small business owners to guide them in establishing and maintaining accurate documentation and filings.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in building rapport and nurturing relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, with strong follow-through Ability to meet daily quotas Familiarity with Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Programs is advantageous Training will be provided for suitable candidates, and prior knowledge of Corporations and LLCs is not mandatory.
