Engineering/Maintenance Manager

As the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will:
Manage the engineering and maintenance functions and process (SOP's) for the plant, including process engineering, product engineering, and/or project engineering.
Lead the engineering and maintenance group to de from in the most effective means of a meeting manufacturing/divisional goals, (safety, yield, quality, delivery, productivity, driving process improvement.
)Integral part of the product development team and provide guidance from a design manufacturing perspective.
Support product qualifications and new product launches.
Prioritize project work and provide capital budget recommendations.
Support facilities' needs and growth to help ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Hire, train, and supervise and develop maintenance staff.
Indirect supervisory responsibilities, as required.
Travel for FATs, and enhanced education as required (Engineering Degree from an accredited University).
- Three (3) years experience required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
