Schedule Full-TimeLocated Remotely? YRelocation? NPosition Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYThe Senior IT Lean Portfolio Manager drives cross-functional alignment and achievement of IT Infrastructure & Delivery Shared Services (IDSS) and Global Technology (GT) strategic objectives.
This role will actively manage the health and status of the IDSS portfolio of initiatives and programs to deliver our strategy including the creation and coordination of integrated project plans across IDSS.
Functions as a central point of contact for ensuring IDSS teams are meeting their strategic commitments, leading to greater transparency, coordination and prioritization across the organization.
Serves as a thought leader and change agent to help deliver our product operating model transformation through best in class portfolio management.
This role will help craft, gather, monitor progress and manage performance against IDSS Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to inform and shape current and future portfolio of work.
Establishes visibility into the flow of work across the portfolio, monitoring work in progress, and driving ongoing quarterly and annual planning efforts.
Supports IDSS portfolio governance and compliance with GT standards and tools for IT delivery.
Establishes the foundation for a long-standing portfolio management capability within IDSS / GT and drives alignment with GT's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure consistency in processes and approach.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAFe / Agile software delivery and must be a motivated self-starter who seeks and identifies opportunities for relentless process improvement.

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
