Summary:
Under direct supervision of the business partners, position requires the ability to balance a busy front office with great customer skills.
Confidentiality is a must and zero-tolerance policy is in place regarding HIPAA.
Staff is required to maintain daily operations and find work when all caught up.
Duties:
Make/Receive/Process patient phone calls Check-in/check-out clients Update client charts Fax/Scan as needed Process emails Process patient billings for submission to payers Schedule clients for next appointments Assist in vendor payments Other duties as assigned Computer skills with general applications such MS office.
