Responsibilities:
Conducting move in, move out, and occupied unit inspections.
Delegating work orders, lease-up, qualifying applicants, completing annual certifications, ordering supplies, and collecting rent among other duties.
Experience in affordable housing is preferred, but we will consider other management/program experience.
Applicants must have a professional appearance, be computer literate and have a strong ability to work with the general public, specifically seniors.
Duties will include oversight of daily operations, pre-qualifying applicants, leasing, overseeing maintenance and grounds employees, conducting occupied inspections, organizing work orders, ordering supplies, annual recertification's, etc.
-This position will require a lot of walking and the ability to climb stairs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
