Job Quality Continuous Improvement Manager 89706, Carson City, Nevada, United States Full TimeJob As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Leadership Team at our Carson City, NV location and be responsible for driving the continuous improvement culture at the site. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and coaching to staff in LEAN processes, driving change management, effectively communicating with staff at various levels of the organizations and collaborating with various stakeholder within Chromalloy Carson City and across other sites to share best practices and achieve target performance objectives. Experience in successful deployment of Lean and Six Sigma systems, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Facilitation, Cellular Flow, Single-Minute Exchange of Dies, Process Flow Mapping, Kanban, Hoshin, Visual Controls, 6S, etc. Green Belt required. Black Belt preferred. Ability to engage others in, facilitate consensus, obtain buy-in of senior leadership and drive for successful adoption of change initiatives. A track record of continuous improvement efforts with proven successful sustained outcomes. Analytical/critical thinking, information analysis, problem resolution skills Ability to engage others and foster teamwork and build strong relationships.
