This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office).
The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Director Proposal Development will be responsible for directing the proposal process.
How you will make an impact:
Negotiates, administers, extends and renegotiates proposalsFormulates and coordinates data collection processDirects and coordinates activities of staff engaged in writing proposalsEvaluates and monitors proposal performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of proposals and compliance to proposal obligationsApproves or rejects requests for deviations from proposal specificationsDirects the workflow and performance of subordinatesEnsures compliance with departmental policies and proceduresProvides quality control services by monitoring work results of direct reportsPerforms audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policiesHires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
MA/MS preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of PBM Proposal experience preferred.
Knowledge and expertise in proposal submittal vendor software preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $113,232 to $194,112.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
