Supervise the individuals in their home and in the community Supervise the individuals in completing all activities of daily living Monitor health of the individuals and communicate changes per agency policies and procedures Complete documentation of individual issues and communicate to Residential Support Manager and/or Weekend Supervisor Ensure the person's home is equipped and maintained in a safe and enriched manner Provide supports to the individuals in a positive and consistent manner using the least restrictive methods of training Complete individual habilitation plans as written including documentation of training, as well as daily log indicating individual progress and/or problems Maintain a clean and healthy environment Assist individuals to manage personal funds including maintaining accurate financial records Assist individuals to problem solve.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
