Impeccable Property Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the property by conducting daily trash pickups, creating a pristine environment for our residents.

Grounds Keeping and Landscaping Mastery:
- Showcase your landscaping prowess by mowing and trimming lawns, pruning trees, trimming bushes, and keeping property lines clear.
- Attend to the well-being of our green spaces, including watering plants and other related tasks.
3.
Home Preparation:
- Prepare company-owned homes for occupancy, ensuring they are ready for new residents.
4.
Vacant Lot Preparation:
- Facilitate the setup and cleanup of vacant lots to welcome new homes to our community.
5.
Commitment to Professionalism:
- Uphold a high standard of attendance, confidentiality, and professionalism, recognizing the importance of these qualities in your role.
6.
Physical Capabilities:
- Demonstrate physical fitness by lifting up to 40lbs and regularly stooping and bending as part of your responsibilities.
