seeking a motivated and ambitious individual as our front desk receptionist with a clear pathway to transition into a staff accountant role.
This position is ideal for someone who is currently pursuing an accounting degree and aspires to become an accountant.

This position is 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but is flexible regarding time needed for school.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, handling/directing inbound calls, and providing solutions to issues that arise and escalating accordingly.
Delivery of financial statements and tax returns between CPAs and clients Maintaining firm information such as creating or removing clients, updating client contact information, and time/billing being posted to clients' accounts.
Assist with facilitating the buildings maintenance and repairs.
Ordering supplies.
Assisting Partners, and Staff with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Daily deposit preparation.
Travel Arrangements.
Office event planning.

Responsibilities:
Basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.
Assisting with auditing procedures.
Participating in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses Qualifications and Skills:
Currently enrolled or just signed up for a Bachelor of Accounting degree.
