We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, customer service rep.
for online and phone orders in a very busy office.
We are looking for a self-starter person that takes ownership of their work and can think on their feet.
Someone with an interest in motorcycles and/or powersports is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist with receiving incoming calls.
Respond to emails & voicemails in order of date/time received.
Contact & follow up by contacting customers if product is out of stock and follow up with customers until product is shipped.
Will serve as a back-up to the sales department with clerical support for special events.
Must be reliable with good work ethics.
Experienced with strong data entry skills.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills Great communications skills Willing to help and be a real team player.
