OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a Temporary to direct hire Sales Account Manager out of Carson City. The Sales Account Manager will be supporting the Inside Sales Manager to quoting and purchasing contracts by email, phone and fax orders. The Sales Account Manager must be able to perform the following essential duties: - Process and follow-up on contract quotation to Returned Merchandise Authorizations by company standards - Track purchase orders, invoices and request for returned merchandise - Customer Service response to customer inquiries to ship dates and other information as requested The Sales Account Manager will need to have good analytical skills, interpret purchase contracts, pricing and discount schedules and adhere to governmental regulations. This position requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree but an AA or BS is desired. Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry and Order Entry with a good comprehension of the MAX MRP System and Sales manager Programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
