# Commercial Sales Consultant (North Las Vegas, NV)
The Vivint commercial sales Consultant will recruit/develop new commercial accounts in select key commercial markets. They will add value for Vivintcommercial Accounts by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each business partner's growth, optimal performance, and success. This job requires being in front of the customers to present products, programs, etc.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
New Vivint commercial accounts in key commercial markets
Makes contact with businesses through on-site cold calls and networking by visiting properties and talking to management or owners
Actively involved with assigned industry associations
Development and execution of commercial dealer and landscaper conferences
commercial trade show participation
Utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads
Develop/maintain sales pipeline
Manage and consult existing clients to ensure account retention
Capitalize on upselling and additional sales
Strong presentation skills
Engage in cold calling
Represent our company and manufacturers with the highest integrity
Proactively prospect new accounts
Prepares various sales reports and other documentation.
Develops and implements sales and/or marketing plans.
Participates in sales Team meetings and training opportunities
Municipality commercial conversions
Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Business experience :
sales Experience: Qualified applicants should have a successful track record of at least 5 years of high performance direct selling experience. Prefers experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales. Experience in new account recruitment is strongly preferred.
Business Acumen: strong business acumen is required through both experience in the job and education
Problem Solving Skills: Qualified applicants must have a proven track record of solving problems independently as part of a successful relationship with Customers.
Product and Industry: Must have an aptitude and interest in learning an extensive amount of knowledge about Vivint products and the industry in order to represent our brand and products effectively to commercialaccounts.
Presentation skills and computer/software proficiency: Microsoft Office experience is required, as well as the ability to learn and master other in-house programs that track sales and customer relations.
