The Americas Product Deployment team implements, integrates, and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions. The Americas Product Deployment team is seeking customer centric, technology savvy and innovative individual to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing client requirements, identifying technology solutions, configuring these technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality and operational performance. In this role, you will be working with clients, internal client managers, product teams, technology developers, and technology vendors.
## Qualifications
Microsoft Excel and Excel Visual Basic programming
Online booking tool configuration (Concur, GetThere, AeTM)
Javascript and HTML programming
Microsoft applications (Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Word, Project)
GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) - profile and PNR formats
GDS Script writing
MS Visio process mapping and diagram creation
Data analysis / data profiling skills
Experience with data movement tools, techniques, and technologies
Solid knowledge of standard software development lifecycle methodologies
Ability to think analytically and conceptually
Analyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities/solutions to achieve goals
Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
Self manage your workload and able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Business travel knowledge
Ability to travel 5%
Flexible work schedule (normal weekday hours, some evenings and weekends when client projects dictate it)
Axcess@Home Requirements:
Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
