QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Displays behavior that promotes accountability for performance of job tasks that will meet or exceed the customer s expectations.
2.Demonstrates an ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3.Ability to handle equipment malfunctions, applying troubleshooting techniques.
4.Required to analyze and problem solve in emergency situations
5.Required to regularly interact with internal and external customers.
6.Demonstrates the ability to learn and use computer technology to perform job dues efficiently.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1.High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or certification in a business/healthcare related field preferred.
2.A minimum of three (3) years experience in a medical setting with patients/insurance &/or scheduling processes.
3.Utilization review experience preferred.
4.Medical terminology is preferred.
5.Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
6.Must be computer literate.
7.Demonstrates the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
