Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and possess in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, design principles, and implementation methodologies. This position will also provide both technical and business sales support, handle multiple project engagements, produce clear and concise project deliverables, and assist in the architectural design of client solutions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
o Leads discussions around a client's strategic business and technology objectives and goals to identify and define solution opportunities
o Develops solution strategies and roadmaps through consultative engagements and/or planned workshops with clients
o Creates and delivers solution artifacts through presentations, mockups, and development engagements
o Participates in the sales process including:
o Leading in uncovering client needs
o Defining overall customer objectives
o Working with the Program Manager/Director to architect solutions and build cost estimates
o Developing and delivering Consultant engagements
o Uses value selling methodologies to position the return and value provided to customers
o Analyzes client data for trends and insights
o Works with Sirius sales team to schedule meetings with key executives at target accounts
o Assists clients to identify appropriate technologies for accomplishing their strategic business goals
Requirements Basic Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related field
o At least four (4) years experience in mobile solutions including two (2) years of selling to line of business
Other Position Requirements
o Demonstrated ability to lead discussions around a client's business requirements specific to mobility and frame architectural options
o Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
o Experience working with teams in architecture, design, and development of mobile applications
o Demonstrated knowledge of current web and mobile technologies
o Experience working with teams in the deployment of custom mobile solutions
o Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
o Experience in the mobile arena, with the ability to create and deliver compelling storyboards and wireframes for mobile solutions
o Industry experience (healthcare, retail, or insurance)
Essential Functions
The position exists to provide consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.
