The 24-hour countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you. All leases must be dated to start no later than 14 calendar days of the lease offer date. The 14-day countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you. We do not require leases to start on the 1st of the month, therefore, the first month's rent may be pro-rated.
