Water/sewer, electricity, gas, and trash are all included in the rent. This home comes with refrigerator and stove. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer/dryer. There is no dishwasher in the house. This home has central heating and a swamp cooler for cooling. No pets allowed. Plenty of space to park.
